Unfortunately, you can’t use this email subscription tool (part of WordPress.com, the blogging service I use) to subscribe to a particular category. In other words, you’ll be emailed every Bayflicks post, not just the newsletter.
If you just want the newsletter in your email inbox, go to Feed My Inbox. In the Website or Feed URL field, enter http://bayflicks.wordpress.com/category/weekly-newsletter/feed/. Enter your email address in the appropriate field and click Submit.
